    wow fantastical pictures joseph, love the intricate costumes and fave paint...is there symbolism for the cat people? i guess i am sure there is for each of these...would love to hear about it...

    The photographs, festival and the people are all beautiful. To honor Mahabali (Great Sacrifice)who believed that "life and honour are like the two eyes of a person. Even if life goes, honour should be protected.

    I agree life don't get easier with age, I too get fears and doubts but try to put them to the back of my mind. I suppose we ought to think ourselves lucky that we are here to see our off springs and grandchildren grow up, my husband only lived to see our first grandchild reach two months old.My family have really seperated, my eldest don't speak to me and his brother, my daughter speaks to me and my eldest, and my youngest son only speaks to me. I get confused at times as I love them all......I don't want to run their lives just be part of it.I get so lonely at times but carry on regardless as there are always someone worse off than me.
    Thank you for feeling you could relieve your feelings to me I hope it gave you comfort.
